Great experience. Ronald Rangel made my buying process enjoyable and hassle free. I've dealt with terrible dealerships in the past and I admire everyone at Audi Meadowlands for their professionalism. Ronald was friendly, personable and has great followup. I got the car I really wanted at a price I was comfortable with. I would highly recommend this dealership and Ronald to anyone! Everyone was on point, from start to finish. The work was done in a timely fashion and exactly as anticipated. The staff went out of their way to make my experience painless ... I was able to use a courtesy car for 2 days so that I could get to and from work. As a former owner of another (non-Audi) luxury vehicle, I can truly appreciate the excellent customer service that I received from the staff at Audi Meadowlands.

I have had many audi throughout the years and visited most of the audi centers in the area. meadowlands audi service is by far the best. they are truly genuine, honest and the work they do is fantastic. when you buy a luxury vehicle you deserve luxury service and meadowlands has exceeded my expectations. thank you!!!!

I absolutely love this place! It is top notch in the level of service! From the moment you pull up until you leave you are treated with the highest level of customer service! I was supported by Yvonne... WOW- she is the best!

Right from the moment I walked in, Alex made me feel comfortable and was courteous enough to listen to my needs and then suggest an appropriate solution. Since I was concerned about the trade-in and price, Alex took great care in getting me the best deal. I really appreciate his help throughout and will look forward to have him as my point of contact in the future for Audi servicing. His kind gesture to have a little note to gift the car to my wife was really appreciable.
