Had a great experience w/ Audi Manhattan! Brett essentially coached me through the whole process and topped it off by helping my find the right car at the right price for me. The entire facility is great and the entire staff took great care of me. I'd definitely recommend reaching out to Brett if you're in the market for an Audi!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Audi of Manhattan on my recent purchase of an Audi Q5. Salesperson Michele Smilek took care of me through the whole process. From the beginning, the demeanor and handling was extremely professional and warm. At no point I felt rushed or pressured into a purchase, everything about the car was described in every detail (was very much surprised how they know every minutia and every setting about all the cars in their possession). I visited the showroom, took a look at a few Certified Q5s and fell in love with a model that was better equipped and had a better engine profile than the original car that I came in to see in the first place. After a few email exchanges, we agreed on a price. Everything was transparent and upfront, including all of the fees. I can’t tell you how many times I had some hidden fees sprung up on me in the last second, only to try and fight them off (which usually sours the deal and attitude) – not the case here, everything described is exactly how it appeared on the bottom line. Michele went through great lengths to address any concerns, no matter how small or large they were, even after we finalized all the details (she did not have to do that, but shows the professionalism and the quality of customer service that Audi of Manhattan continually achieves). I always make sure to go through a thorough due diligence process, when it comes to selecting the right vehicle at the right price, and in this case I could not find a better value within at least a 300 mile radius (how much I was willing to travel, for the right vehicle). Fastest time I ever spent in the dealership to purchase a car from start to finish… Saw the car initially (20min), came back the next day for a test drive (15-30min), paperwork…. (15-20min) etc. All combined I spent a total of 1hr at the dealership – I don’t think anybody can actually beat that in terms of start to finish, as a lot of other dealerships spend the time applying the high pressure sales tactic. With Michele Smilek, I felt like I was in great hands the whole time and was confident from the start that honesty and integrity is of utmost importance. She continually followed up with me throughout the process and even after the purchase. Of course, I had high expectations for Audi of Manhattan and they managed not only to meet or exceed them, but to completely blow them out of the water!!! This is how a car buying experience should be!!! Thank you Michele for setting and exceeding the highest of standards!!

With the help of Levane Zazazde, I was able to get my dream car. His service was phenomenal, he showed expertise and professionalism. He made my overall experience easy and delightful. I definitely recommend this Audi dealer and Mr. Zazadze.

The process of purchasing the car was excessively time consuming and the pricing was not clear or transparent. Sales guy was a good guy however. The service department of this dealer is disorganized, unresponsive and generally unprofessional. A service call for a brake issue has been a huge waste of time and has resulted in not having our vehicle for several days, wasting hours chasing audi service, and no repair being performed. Worst service department in the history of audio dealerships.

Kimberly Medina was awesome from start to finish. What I liked about her, was that her answers to my concerns were taken care off. She was very pleasant but also very efficient person. A very good listener and returning or answering my calls very promptly.
A big help to close the deal was Daniel Heller who made sure that I did not walked out without a deal. By the way, I visited Audi Manhattan just to test drive the Q5, not to buy it. I end up buying it that same day. You make the deal when is hot, not afterwards with follow up calls and emails.
