I'm typically not a fan of the car buying process, but as soon as I walked into Audi Lynbrook, I could tell I was in for a different experience. The showroom was very inviting and all the staff were friendly and welcoming. I was lucky enough to work with Chris Weis, who was very patient and knowledgeable about the vehicles and the different options available. He was also a great sport when he had to cram into the back of the A3 for the test drive (he is probably almost 7' tall!). He was able to offer me a great package without ever making me feel pressured into buying anything. Will definitely be recommending this dealership!

I bought a used car two weeks ago and within the first week I had to take it to the shop twice because the "engine malfunction" light turned on. After the second time being in the shop it took it 4 days to turn back on. The people at the shop were always friendly however, at the end it is at the car you buy and there is a serious lack of quality. Steffen Dreher

Update: Car is broken again and that after being in the repair shop for 8 days. So do yourself a favor and buy your car somewhere else!!

I went to Audi Lynbrook's new facility for the first time and it is awesome! I wain't there to buy a car but took full advantage of their service drive. I was so impressed with the valet parking, the professional way I was treated and I enjoyed a hot tea while I waited. This place is no ordinary car dealership and no ordinary service facility. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or service a car. Thanks team!
