I was very pleased with the service at Audi Brooklyn. The sales associate Ronnie J was very helpful and Knowledgeable.His courteous demeanor reflects greatly on Audi Brooklyn and his help was pivotal in our decision in purchasing a Q7. Ali who is the sales associate manager made us feel like a part of the Audi family, he worked tirelessly in securing a lower APR. I loved the friendly atmosphere and endless snacks which made the entire experience great. Thanks to everyone who worked with us!

i had an amazing experience, Ronnie J helped me so much, brought cookies, always was very attentive and kind to me and my family, Ali also did an outstanding job saving us a lot of money on insurance haha I'm loving the new Subaru! !!! Great Experience at Audi of Brooklyn! !!

Recently bought an Audi A4
From the moment I walked in Salesman Jackson and Manager Ali went above and beyond to search for potential cars suited to my liking and requests. They exceeded all expectations I had and provided me a very smooth and fast buying experience. Out of all my car buying experiences this is definitely the best, I would recommend buying a nice audi from here over any other dealership.

Audi Brooklyn is truly the best dealership I've ever done business with. The courtesy, professionalism, and integrity shown by the staff is exemplary. Salesman Ted, Manager Leo, and porter Raymundo assisted us in every aspect of our buying experience. From the moment you walk-in they provide you with uninterrupted attention. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a easy buying experience.

I must say that Bianca Corporan was an exemplary sales woman and never once did she pressure me to purchase/lease a car and she was truly honest and accommodating. She was the primary reason why my experience was so satisfying. The Finance manager was also exceptional and never once did he mislead me or left things vague to my understanding. I re-read the Lease contract and everything was legitimate. The managers were very nice and also Marko the Insurance representative was courteous. Overall Audi of Bayridge is the best car dealership experience I ever had
