Sales people... ok. Service department/ mechanics... IDIOTS.

Owned my car for four months, it has been there being "fixed " for close to half that time. Same issue from test drive they claimed to have fixed. It's there now for the sixth time. First loaner car they gave me was filthy and smelled of wet dogs.They lie and give excuses rather then apologize. Customers service is horrible and they don't call after days to even tell you what's going on.I have called several times leaving messages for the store mangers they just don't bother to call back. I have spoken with my attorney and am in the process of complaining to the BBB. Be careful if the car you chose has a problem do not expect them to stand by their product.

Auction Direct is by far the BEST USED Car Dealership in the Tri-State Area!! They have the Best Cars and Lowest Prices on the entire internet!! We were looking for a Quality Car for over 1 month. Went to many used car dealerships in NJ, NY, PA, even CT. It was always a disappointing waste of time! Either the cars looked and ran crappy, or their Internet Prices were falsely advertised with ridiculous hidden fees that increased the price by $$Thousands$$. We were about to throw in the towel until we came across Auction Direct Auto Sales, in Jersey City, NJ!!

Auction Direct Auto Sales consistently always had the largest inventory online and by far the cheapest prices! After so may unpleasant experiences we decided to go. To our surprise, their dealership is actually very BIG! They have 3 Car Lots right next to each other, with over 100 cars to choose from. All their cars were clean and presentable, in amazing condition. After we test drove, we instantly feel in love with our Volvo!! Their staff was extremely informative, honest, and straight forward!! No hidden surprises, a very simple, smooth transaction. Its been 5 months and our new car is still driving like a Dream!!

I rate them the maximum 5 Star and Highly Recommend them!! These are the only people I will do business with from now on when it comes to buying a car!! You will get the best deal within the entire Tri-State Area!! Great Job Auction Direct!! We will be back for our son's car soon!! THANK YOU!!!!

This place is the biggest scam dealership there is. BUYER BEWARE!! they reset engine lights, they steal the catalytic converters and replace them with old ones that will last 200miles and they are down right scam artists. I was perfectly happy with my purchase until a week after i bought the car and took it to a mechanic.. If your looking to buy anything from this place, DONT!
