We had Atticare conduct an inspection of the attics and crawlspace for a home we were looking to purchase since our home inspector found dead mice. Sean arrived on time and inspected all the spaces in protective gear. He took his time and took many pictures. After the inspection he reviewed his findings with us. We received a copy of the inspection along with pictures and an estimate within two days. Like other reviewers said the cost was not cheap. However, we felt confident based on previous reviews and Sean's inspection that the work would get done promptly and correctly. The day after we closed on our new home Francisco, the foreman, and his crew came to clean the attics and crawlspace, remove the old insulation, place new insulation, and to seal all areas rodents were entering those spaces. The entire team did an incredible job from start to finish and without complaint despite the heat wave. Our crawlspace and attics look incredibly clean now! Our AC repairman said our crawlspace was the cleanest one he had ever seen. My husband and I feel choosing Atticare was one of the best decisions we made for our home. We would highly recommend Atticare.

We called Atticare to give an estimate for attic clean up and new insulation and we are very happy we did! The company we called before Atticare spent about an hour and a half asking questions and the estimate was around $9000 (ridiculous)! Atticare charged us almost half of that and everyone were very clean and professional.

The workers came on time (five guys dressed up with a suit so they wouldn't track dirt through my house) and about 6 hours later the job was done. I was also given time to inspect the job when they were done +++
Special thanks to Jesus the service manager that took the time to protect my floor with plastic and for keeping my home nice and clean (gotta get me those shoe protectors for when guests come over). I was also impressed with the initial inspection. The technician Sean was on time, accommodating and professional. He explained what needed to be done and took pictures so I can take a look for myself. Overall I am very happy with the results and with the fact that I have a one year warranty! I don't have to worry about those raccoons coming back now. I will recommend Atticare to anyone that needs work in their home.

My experience with Atticare was fantastic. I never had a chance to go into my attic and I got a coupon in the mail for attic clean up so I decided to give them call.

I met with the tech Gil who inspected my attic and he also took pictures of the area. Gil showed me how my attic was improperly insulated and there were some visible points of entry that needed to be sealed so birds won’t get it. He gave me a reasonable price and he was very helpful and informative so I booked the job.

The service crew did such a wonderful job, they definitely know what they're doing. They came to my home on time and within a day, they finished the services. I was amazed with the before and after pictures that I was sent a day after the services were completed. I would totally recommend this company to anyone who needs attic cleanup and/or insulation services. Keep up the great work, thanks to you my house is now insulated and rodent free!
