The Staffing Is Good But The Care For The Patients Do Not Match. My Grandmother Is in this facility and I can't count how many times I've had to go in change her and clean her myself. If your not there to check on your family member then there's no way to insure that they're getting the proper care they need.

From a healthcare professional's perspective & someone who has been servicing this facility since before renovations were made, most of the individuals that work here are ghetto, racist, & homophobic. Despite recent renovations the rooms are dirty, disheveled with leaks from air-conditioners in rooms with ones that work. There are flies, bars & roaches from trays of food being left around. I've also witnessed mistreatment of the patients ex: one elderly man left in nothing but a diaper filled with excrement on a stripped bare plastic bed with no sheet or pillow for over 3 hrs. When I spoke to him he stated that he was afraid to complain for fear of possible retaliation by staff. ... SAD!! I also witnessed a physical altercation between 2 elderly women with dementia which I had to break up, Btw, I do not work there.The staff are rude & unprofessional & there is no communication between them, nobody knows anything. They obviously do not care about the patients especially if they happen to be any other race than black.That being said , since the majority of the patients are black & so are the staff, you'd think the staff would not keep the place soo dirty, & disgusting. I wanted to call the elder abuse hotline & the dept of health & hospitals to shut this place down. If you love the person, this place is no where to stick them.

as you walk through the front doors it looks to be a place you would like a family member to be,than you reach your floor where your family member are being housed
rooms are not being kept halls smell of urine staff was very rude to my mother who happens to a senior her self I went there twice ,I just wish I had the funds to remove my aunt from this place

they are really disorganized and im not really sure if they know what they are doing over there, some of there staff are very rude and nasty... one foot doesn't know what the next foot is doing.... geez
