Came here for the methods lab class, and it was great. There were only 3 people and we hit every part of the body. A very solid circuit training class that I encourage everyone who is interested to take.

Adam was great at getting me back into the gym and motivated. He takes the time to understand what you want and need and plans around that. Great experience all around!

Awesome trainers, great workout, recommend this place to everyone no matter your fitness level. They also have great taste in music!
