- Terrible #105078

Incredibly rude customer service. They refused to fulfill an order I had placed (and paid for) through Ikea. When I asked them to confirm this in writing, the service manager gave me a ridiculous attitude and basically said it was "not her job". They had known about this order for month but instead of being the slightest bit apologetic about canceling the day I asked them to schedule, they made it seem as if they were doing me a favor. Avoid unless you are ready to be dealt w/ summarily when there is a problem. (and probably any other time)
