This company installed the motor and all the cables. The buttons that open the garage are to be installed at a certain height according to code. He didnt even know that. I have had him in my garage the last 4 years about 5 or 6 times. Every time I phoned the repair guy he pretended on the phone like he had never been here. The last and final time I had him here he was going to charge me again for the same repair one month earlier he became irrational with my son and took a step towards him as if to hit him.
SEARS installed a motor on my second garage door approximately the same time...never ever had a problem. I kept giving him a chance and everytime he pulled the same attitude.
NEVER use this guy!! Only if you want him to contiunuosly do repairs.
