I suffered from severe, debilitating back pain. An MRI showed I had four herniated discs and spinal stenosis. Back surgery was recommended. Having personal knowledge of failed and repeated back surgeries I chose not to go down that path. Dr. Nepa's expert and compassionate chiropractic care changed my life. As a result of his care I have been pain free for many years and without surgery. Thank you Dr. Nepa!!!

I've been going to Dr. Nepa for years now, I remember the first day I walked into his office - just knew I didn't like or want to do chiropractic but all else had failed to take me out of pain. Dr. Nepa in a matter of seconds took me out of years of pain (no lie), and I've been going to him ever since, I trust him, I recommend him - they thought I had MS turned out my atlas had to be adjusted because it had too much fluid and it wasn't being released due to slipped discs in my neck once I was adjusted - well the rest is history as I said highly recommend him.

Not only is Dr. Nepa a superlative Chiropractor he is also a superlative human being. He helped me and has continued to help me with the issue he treats me for with a great measure of success. When you think about it going to a Chiropractor is smart. You are giving the body a chance to heal itself. No drugs. Very cool!!!! By the way it was the Atlas Orthogonal approach that helped me. I think he is one of the few in New Jersey who knows this technique. My wife has also been a very sick person these past few years. He never fails to ask how is she doing. What else do you need to know?

Absolutely fantastic experience with helping my headaches. I travel a lot and Dr. Nepa is my go to Chiropractor in this area. Truly wonderful!

Dr. Nepa is amazing! I suffered from severe neck and shoulder pain for many years and sought the help of several chiropractors with very little success. It wasn’t until I was treated by Dr. Nepa that I was able to find relief. Dr. Nepa was very thorough in explaining his diagnose of the problem and prescribing a treatment plan. His skills exceed most traditional chiropractors as he is also an atlas orthogonist. I’m thrilled to say that I no longer suffer from any neck and shoulder problems due to the care and treatment I received from Dr. Nepa. He is truly an exceptional chiropractor!
