The worst customer service in the business. Last time I give my business. Family owned they would not be able to survive if it was corporate owned. Too many complaints to keep them in business. They would have to fold.

I was a regular customer here (spent around $600 on their services)... but recently i accidentally forgot to take my wallet with me ... so i told them Im a regular customer here and politely requested them if i can pay over phone once i reach home or I can leave my samsung s5 there as a security and come back and pay the 20$ flat tire service i got from them ...
and the manager goes "HOW COULD YOU FORGET YOUR WALLET" in front of everyone ... and he continues yelling "I NEVER FORGET MY WALLET WHEN I"M GOING OUT .... HOW DO U GUYS GO OUT WITH OUT A WALLET" ...

Very fast service, very honest. I went in to buy 4 new tires as I thought I needed them and before the mechanics put the tires on they told me that I only needed two tires because my rear tires still had so much tread on them like they were brand new. That saved me $200 and unlike most shops they are all about money. I will recommend this shop to anyone who wants a great deal and service.

Great place to have your vehicle serviced. They are honest people, not looking to “get you” like so many shops out there. Very reasonably priced among reputable competitors. Responses to inquiries are almost immediate. I’ve worked with lawyers who take longer to answer questions. Eddie is the point of contact through email and Lisa answers the phone. I would describe the communication as no nonsense, no BS, and to-the-point. Service speed is good. It took about an hour to replace two of my blown tires (due to the legendary NJ potholes). They honored the road hazard program without requiring me to produce the receipts. As a result, I ended up paying only installation for the tires.
They don’t have grandiose waiting areas like BMW repair shops do. They don’t have loaner cars for you to drive when your car is in service. They don’t even have free snacks laying around. If you are looking to be treated like royalty and are OK with subsidizing such treatment, look elsewhere. But if you are looking to get your car serviced/tires replaced efficiently at a reasonable price, look no further.
