Good place. Come here out of my way for almost anything. Sometimes long waits. But very reliable.

Great customer service. Took there time and went thru everything with me. Very knowledgeable.

At first this store was on the top of my list.. this was my go to store since it was refered to me by a co-worker. Bought a few things here even a glock 27 Gen 4 transaction was fast and customer service was good. My bad rating comes from an order of mini shields. they said the shields would be ready in 4-6 weeks. 7 weeks and a half later I finally go to the store to get an update just to find out that they had receive my shields but with the name of a different agency. At this point they assured me that they had placed a rush on a new order and I would get my order in a week or 2. It has been 3 weeks ever since and nothing. Every time I call to check on the order they tell me that they will contact me once they receive the shields and that there's nothing they can do. After this I will not buy anything that they don't have in stocks at their location and will make sure to tell my co-workers to do the same.

So Far Atlantic Tactical has everything I needed. the counter people are very professional and helpful. They now have a loyal customer.

The hours are bad. I've been to the store 10 times and 3 of that time, its closed. mainly on my fault for not looking at the hours of operation. But still, the hours they close is an inconvenience to people. i missed out 5.11 sales because of that. but the staff is friendly. parking is bad. its really a bad location to operate this store.
