We had the pleasure of renting an apartment in Montclair NJ from Atlantic Management for one year. This company is very tenant friendly and is the best that I have done business with. Our property manager, Larry, was always polite and professional when discussing matters. His staff was informative and considerate throughout. Although I won’t be currently renewing the lease, if I am looking to rent in the future, I will definitely look through Atlantic Management. I enjoyed my stay in this lovely apartment.

I have known Larry for over 20 years. His management team and office support staff provide quality management services at a reasonable price. My clients have reported satisfaction in both the extensive knowledge and timely response from all members of his organization. I would highly recommend his company for your condominium's management needs.

Larry and his team did a great job managing my Hoboken properties. They are responsive, professional and, importantly, reliable. They quickly addressed issues and handled every aspect. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a property management team!

Excellent company. They have done an incredible job turning around our condo association. They have managed to get fixed our roof and brickwork, that had been problems for years and prior managers could never get it done.
I especially like their customer care. They always call back and make every effort to resolve all of the problems that come up. They are committed to making their customers satisfied and I appreciate their focus and ability to stay with an issue until it gets resolved. I own condos in two associations and use them exclusively for both.
I also have an apartment house that they take care of, and I consider them experts in this area too. They have made my life easier
