The staff at the front desk of the Howard Beach office could not be more rude! I had an appointment that they had to cancel at the last minute. I drove ONE HOUR to get there and they called me precisely six minutes prior to my appointment to cancel. I was already there, so I went in anyway and then they didn't even apologize!! They just kept making excuses! I will never go to an Atlantic Dermatology office ever again!
