My first experience with Atlantic Auto Glass was a positive one! Owner Jen worked with me to accommodate my teaching schedule and had an associate scheduled to arrive during my 40 minute prep. Todd arrived at the school on time (even called to let me know he was 10 minutes away) and was patient in dealing with the security measures taken by the school. Besides the fact he was a nice guy, he was knowledgeable, explained the reasoning for the need to replace the windshield, and was happy to make suggestions/ offer advice for future experiences.
Three months later when I got another chip I knew exactly who to call. Again Jen worked to get an associate to my home the next day. Todd called when he was 10 minutes away and arrived on time. He was able to repair the chip and was more than happy to take a look at an unrelated mysterious whistling sound coming from somewhere on the drivers side. He took a drive with me to hear the noise and offered some suggestions to fix the problem. In a world where costumer service seems to be disappearing it was a delight to work with such a great company under a not so great circumstance. I highly recommend Atlantic Auto Glass in North Haledon.
