Don't actually come here in person...over the phone, there's a new word for rudness and incapable.....but in person...smh....it's like I was doing them a favor by looking for a new cell service, they are ineffective, unreliable and plain useless .....now I'm with tmobile. Cause f@$k you att that's why.

The most despicable customer service when I called to ask about getting the Samsung s6 edge. The agent cut the call because I pointed out a difference in the online offer and what he was saying.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. racist employee named angel, this woman offended my mother and my uncle with his wife she the proceed to make racial comments to my mom and uncle with her co-workers they then laughed together. my mom then calls me to say what happened i then ask angel her information she then denied it to me and continued to say racial comments to me. we've been coming to this store for years and had other problems with them. i recommend you not come here and go to another store even tho it is closer to you.

Very terrible customer service. They refuse to help and give any type of estimates for opening a new line. The manager is terribly rude and has no type of professional training. Do NOOOTTTT go here. Rip offs and liars! I dealt with Giselle and Jeff they do not know what they are doing whatsoever!

This location has created a BIG inconvenience for me. I bought a phone back on 8/16/12 & returned it on 9/13/12. At the time they had a 30 day refund policy. They wouldn't refund me my money on the spot because I didn't have the card I paid with. They claimed a refund check would be mailed to me within TWO WEEKS & here I am in MAY of 2013 still dealing with customer service on this issue!!! I will never recommend this location & I will never recommend AT&T as a service provider. I've been lied to & cheated. Save your money & time by going elsewhere.
