Too long of a wait when i wanted to upgrade my phone. No help in store. They were all taking atleast 45 mins for each customer.

Too long of a wait. However, when I was finally helped, they had the item that I went to them for. I purchased the Microcell equipment because my mobile signal in my home was not good. An AT&T representative on the phone suggested that I look into this item. Although at $150.00, it was expensive, there is a $75.00 rebate that I filled out, and mailed. Therefore, the final cost is cut in half, which is much more tolerable. I purchased the Microcell, and set it up in my home. The set up was very simple. It works precisely the way it should. I now have perfect cell phone service in my home.

It's green acres sooo yeahh not the best expectations of experience even come to mind but I had a really good encounter at my last visit. Was midday on a weekday so wasn't too crowded but still was a little bit of a wait but I was immediately addressed and was taken care of as soon as it was possible. I got what I came for which was to make a change to my plan and the man who assisted me was persistent and patient in making sure he found a way to make it work, which helped me to feel less tense about it working and about the time it was taking for it to do so and just be all the more grateful. Everyone on staff that shift acted like they cared about taking care of customers and that's all you can really ask for.
