The worse corporate store ever. Rude customer service. Treat you like a third rate citizen. Can't believe they put you on a waiting list just to return a charger!!!!!!! If this is how they choose to treat their customers. Verizon will start getting more of AT&T customers!!!!!!

This is the worst corprate store I've ever been to and got screwed over not once not twise but three damn times so don't bother going there to have them make any mistakes up your better off going to a different location !!

I went up to NYC from Virginia to visit family and decided to buy my mom a new phone for mothers day. Everything went well. She got the phone she thought she wanted and the guy helping us was polite and helpful. 2 days later she changes her mind and wants to exchange for a different less expensive phone. Problem is, i'm in Virginia along with the credit card used. Called the store and the female I spoke with was very unhelpful due to the credit card issue and she was very short with me even after I explained my situation to her. I'm so disappointed with at&t. Now i'm starting to realize why all my friends are switching to Verizon. Oh, and there's a $35.00 fee for returning a phone.
