Horrible customer service. The man talking to us had no patience whatsoever and it was an overall bad experience. Definitely switching companies.

Besides having to wait a ridiculous amount of time, more than an hour, the manager named Soria was rude to me and another customer...unacceptable....However, the young lady that waited on me named Cat was terrific...very knowledgable...

I had appointment by 2pm today and due to my own negligence I arrived hour early, employee named Cat was more than happy to help. Cat was very efficient and graceful, she resolved my issue within 10 minutes. I recommend this at&t branch among all others.
