Despite the bad reviews here my experience was actually quite good. I was immediately helped by Freddie who was super helpful, friendly and straight forward. It felt more like a friend helping me out than a sales person. Unfortunately I lost the AT&T text message that asked me to review him. Hope this helps. Give the man a raise! So despite VERY low expectations going in I was really pleased by the overall experience - mostly due to the sales person.
