Great nice customer service guy

I had four different people help me while I was there and all of them were rude, deceptive, and I could see they could care less about helping me. One employee in particular asked if "I paid the bill myself," which had very little to do with my situation--she was obviously trying to get more money from someone she assumed to be an entitled kid whose parents paid for whatever. She then said "Are you going to make a decision, because I have other customers to help," making me feel pressured and like my business was not worth her time.

I asked another people if they were busy and she laughed at me and said "yes."

Overall the employees ruined my experience and I decided then and there that I did not want to be an AT&T customer anymore. After my contract is up, I am taking my business elsewhere because of how poorly I was treated at this store.

Staff was condescending and rude. Not helpful, not informed, not nice in general. Half of the staff stands around twiddling their thumbs as people line up waiting for help. Terrible experience, terrible store. Worth traveling the extra few blocks to the next AT&T store just to not have to deal with these people.
