Very nice and pleasant atmosphere. We were met at the door with a very friendly hello and welcome. Went to see the tech and was wowed with professionalism and confidence. I would recommend this location to anyone. I live in Westchester county and its closer to go to Bay Plaza but they don't come close to the professionalism exemplified on 125th st.

Well!! Where do I begging, I am writing this while I wait for my turn to get my SIM card! I been here for 40min and still waiting, but it's not only this store the one with the problem is the whole chain of att! I been with them for like 6 years and they have not improve, the staff is unprofessional and rude and they have no idea what they are doing! They are so crowded because they close 2 stores around this area 81 W 125th St, New York, NY 10027, don't come here call to att, they are they are more friendly, profeccional and train!

- Not a Friendly Environment unless you purchase something

I was sent here form a store in Bronx, which by the way gave me excellent service, but this particular store in Manhattan managed to make me feel unattended and kept me unsatisfied.
*Corporate needs to give some type of training to the individuals at this store before they lose all their customers.
I was very disappointed; yesterday was my first and last visit.
