Very helpful in answering my questions.

Stopped in for a screen protector and case for my Nexus 6. Elias hooked me up. Took his time and answered all my questions. On point customer service experience. Will be back next time I need something.

Marcus was quick, knowledgeable, polite and friendly. I didn't have to get up from my seat ever, he did all the running around for me- from getting me a glass of water to getting my change and things. He answered all my queries real quick too! I needed a go phone so the plan was a bit expensive which is why I'm not giving then a full 5 *'s but all in all, great experience!

Bought a iPhone 6, but it didn't work with the iPhone 5s sim card. Went to the store, and the two people that talked to me in the store didn't know what the problem was. One even had me go to Apple and change my iPhone. Apple gave me a new one, just in case, but the problem continued. The other didn't even know that LTE works with a prepaid, had a very rude attitude about me having a prepaid account, and gave me false information about the waiting time for technical support of this type of accounts. I had to call by myself in the store to AT&T technical support, without any assistance. Awful, avoid it. Less than 1 star.

Reasonable waiting time. Staff most helpful and knowledgeable . If you are in the area, go to this store.
