Wanted to buy a certain htc phone. 3 employees in the store. Only one helping another customer. Other two busy playing with devices. I had to approach them. The younger one very snappy tried to suggest another phone i wasnt interested in. Even though the phone comes with only 2gb of storage space?? Do i look stupid? They said they didnt have the htc phone i was looking for. She said zte maven just az good as htc. Then i looked around and there was my htc. It advertised the financed plan and the cost of phone if you outright purchase. Neither of them pointed it out. I pointed it out and then walked out. They were not interested in gaining a new customer obviously.

They never have change for recharge your phone in the automatic machines ......

The place is ok and the staff is nice. I give it 3 stars just because of ATT service, which sucks.
