Excellent Service. Much better than all the AT&T stores in the city, COMBINED. The staff are extremely knoweledgable and friendly. They went out of their way to upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over. The last time I did an upgrade at an AT&T store (the one in times square), they just gave me my iphone and kicked me out of the door, literally. Not this store: Rodrigo helped me with everything, and even charged my phone for me so that I was ready to go at the end of the day.

By FAR the best AT&T store in Manhattan. No wonder they have been in business over 20 years at that location. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing customer service experience at this AT&T authorized retailer today! Normally, going to deal with stuff related to my phone is painful, with crowds/long wait times and unhelpful salespeople just trying to up-sell you. At least, this was my experience at the new AT&T that opened on 57th and 8th earlier in the day-- and then I found myself at this little gem of an AT&T, which totally turned the experience around! Two people helped me -- one dealt with backing up my old phone so I didn't lose my photos, contacts, etc., while the other did all the paperwork. My phone had been having challenges, so they really bent over backwards to help- trying different chargers, plugs, and backup systems to make sure my stuff was safe. Alex and Erik were both such help- I can't say that enough! Save yourself the headache and just come to this location-- you will thank me later.

In one word, Incredible!

While I was in the store having them fix my Blackberry trackball, I had a chance to hold and play with the new Blackberry Bold. It was only a demo model, but it was really incredible. The resolution on the device is fantastic so you can watch hi-def video plus it has wifi and 3G. it is sleek and has a nice textured back so it feels solid in the palm. No doubt battery life will beat the pants off the iPhone too. Camera is decent (not sure about the megapixels) but it also allows you to take video. I am sure there are a few more great features I am not mentioning, but I had less than 2 minutes with it and there were people lining up behind me to see it.

Now that my regular blackberry curve works perfectly, I will have to give it up pretty soon to go with the Bold.
