This store has superb customer service. I walked in frustrated from the apple store 2 blocks away to find genuine customer service at AT&T. Apple rep talked condescendingly to me Ike a robot. AT&T rep immediately handed me what I needed and she took time to install the invisible shield on my phone (Apple told me I could figure out how to do it, and they will not do this on a phone for you ). AT&T rep pointed me immediately to the car charger I needed and after transaction ended even held the door for me & my wife on the way out!

If youre hispanic avoid this store alot of profiling going on they think everyone that's not white, dude really

Great staff... especially BRIT who kindly held one of the last Galaxy Note II's in stock for me for hours as I tried to leave work early. I have closer AT&T stores to me but will make all future transactions up here for the superb customer service.
