The manager helped us out and didn't listen to a word we said. We ended up having a messed up plan and charges we weren't even explained about. When the bill came to reveal what we were actually being charged for it was too late to return any of the devices. Basically it was like a bait and switch. When we went back to ask them about it they told us we must not have understood them! Now we are stuck with the devices. The staff was discouterous and condescending. I would NOT recommend going here.

Everyone who works at this store has a bad attitude. I was treated more like a problem than a customer. Extremely long lines on weekends, more than a half hour before being helped.
