Wow what great service I walking in and the 2 gentlemen working approached me and asked me what was going on and I told them my email is not working they fixed it and made sure everything was taken care
The best service I have ever seen at any Att store this my new go to store for all my wireless needs.

TOTAL SCAMMERS!!! I went into this store because my I Phone's alerts weren't working. I had sound but no ringers, or text message sounds would play. Both employees who took a look at my phone had I Phones of their own but before they even looked at my phone they asked fro my cell number and started looking up my account. They quickly told me my phone was un-repairable and tried to sell me a new phone with a new plan. I explained to them that I am on a Family plan and I should be due for a free phone under that plan and they told me I wasn't and still tried to get me to go off my Family plan and start a new 2 year contract on my own.
IT REAKED OF A SCAM...and GUESS WHAT? There's a little button on the left side of my phone (hidden by the case) and I flipped that button up and THE PHONE WORKS PERFECTLY......and these guys had I phones and had to have known this.

Fraudulent sales. Frano the store manager sold me a data plan that was not even compatible with my phone(he supposedly installed and set it up) when it wasn't working they told me to contact att directly who also refused to refund my $(Alfred customer service rep) saying it was non refundable even though they sold me something I couldn't even use he admitted they ripped me off and they do it all the time and said it was my own fault for paying them
