Took us 4 store visits each time more than 1 hour and numerous phone calls. And after more than 6 weeks, we got the message saying the order was cancelled without any explanation or apology.
We ordered 2 iPhones and decided to change the order for another model. That's when the nightmares started. After numerous calls and promises to call us back, 1) I had to wait inline for more than one hour before we could talk to the representative. The guy said he had issue with the computer but promised me that he would change the order first thing the next morning and call me back. Nobody ever called us back. 2) I had to visit the store the second time, they said for some reason they changed one order and the other remained the same. And they had issue with the computer so another promise to fix the order. 3) After more than 1 week, no call back and had to walk in. Same promise. 4) My wife walked in and go the same false promise to fix the issue. 5) Call them numerous times and today a text message saying the order was cancelled several weeks ago and no new order was placed.
They wasted us more than 8 hours trying to fix this issue.
