Salesman lied to me about transferring contacts from my old phone via "blue tooth", holding it next to the new iPhone, pretending to capture all of the contacts whereas he really transferred them via iCloud, from my computer, with an incomplete transfer from my old phone which is not iCloud or blue tooth compatible with the new phone. He gave me a computer receipt with nondescript items and asked me to add $20 in cash to the agreed upon price of the package he sold me. Did not set up an automatic payment plan even though I was assured that he did and a month later my phone inexplicably stopped making or receiving phone calls - which could have put me in peril in an emergency situation if I couldn't get through to the business office to straighten it out. My credit card billed me for the first month of service even though I already paid for half of it and was credited the other half at time of sale only to be resolved when I complained. Sold me a pure.gear battery charger to an iPhone which doesn't charge the battery when the phone is on. Then the charger, after 3 months, is failing to charge half the time and the store tells me to contact pure.gear which doesn't even have a phone number nor answers my email. Salesman wore low hanging pants which clearly showed a good portion of his underwear and demeaned me by saying that I was impatient with my questions of the transaction process when I was nothing of the sort.
