Came in to switch over 2 new lines of services intially (then 2 more within a month) and was lied to about my phone's trade in value, was told there is nothing anyone can do to help unlock an iphone from another carrier and then when I came back to actually make the deal and buy 2 new 128gb iPhones only 3 days later I was told that they can not honor their previous offer? When asked why they said the promotion ended.. After further review I found out that we were quoted a promotion that had ended 1.27.16. Why then were we quoted on 2.4.16 the old promotion?? Scam artists or idots?? I dont know but needless to say they lost our 4 lines of service, I guess AT&T doesn't care about earning new business, they must have enough money.
