AT&T

On 2/9/2016 I and my family benefited from the assistance of Mr. Jonathan S. We bought an iPhone 6S, a small tablet, case and clear glass protector for them.
We asked several questions before to make the decision and MR. Jonathan replied - competent, patient and courteous. It was a great buying experience owing to him. We are grateful and we will gladly recommend this location.

We recently upgraded our phones here. The service was okay. They answered all our queries - nothing less nothing more. I just felt that the person who helped us lacked the energy and enthusiasm of a salesperson. I would go there only if I stay close to this place.

this is the worst at&t store i have ever been in. tried to upgrade a phone early and pay with my checkbook. mind you i just paid for my bill with a check too. their system kept coming up with an error. it was an internal error because i heard the store manager (tommy) and sales guy (daniel) trying to find out why. they told me that it was my check that was the problem and made me feel stupid for the problem. i tried to go to another store to do this and was unable to get past the first step because the clifton store didn't reverse the upgrade we started. and no one there answers the phone so i am forced to back there. they are the worst. i will be calling at&t about this and do not recommend this store to anyone. the absolute worst.

It's difficult to tell if the employees at this location lack intelligence or if they're purposely trying to withhold information. If you're looking for people to help you make an informed decision, you've come to the wrong place. Avoid this location, or if you really can't, do all of your research before you walk in the door.
