Just arrived in NY from Sydney and needed a prepaid SIM for my iPhone 5. Did a bit of research and visited the AT&T shop knowing what I wanted and, importantly, that my phone was unlocked. Was assisted by Kerry who was very helpful and pleasant. He quickly had my prepaid account set up and working, which was a great help as we wandered for miles today exploring Brooklyn. Thanks again Kerry!

HORRIBLE, GHETTO SERVICE!!!!

Came in to exchange (NOT RETURN) a charger that stopped working after one month and was told since I didn't have a AT&T account I wouldn't be able to exchange it. 1. When I purchased it I asked the associate if I could return it if it stopped working and was told yes you have up to one year. 2. I have exchanged a charger cord with a At&t store before and I HAVE NEVER HAD A ACCOUNT WITH THEM!!!

STAY AWAY THEY CLEARLY CANT GIVE VALID INFORMATION....

Deplorable.
Purchased a phone and wifi hub, was told by the rep at the store that I needed to make a deposit on my account. Long story short, the rep pocketed the cash for the deposit and I was never reimbursed. The manager of the store said he would credit my account for one month (!!) and never did. Now my account is perpetually in "past due" mode and nobody from the store or corporate will help me out.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. just don't.

I receive royal treatment at this location, the manager and several employees treat me like a VIP and Ive been a regular at this store for 3 years now. One employee in particular is a sweetheart (LA LA) and she is a shining example of professioalism, customer service and always exceeds expectations. She would be a real asset to AT&T is she was promoted to regional sales manager--for real!!
