Complete fraudsters! They sold us a SIM card with a one month plan but it expired after 3 weeks. When we called to complain they claimed to extend it for us but again they were lying. We called Lyca Mobile and they had no record of them calling to escalate or extend the plan for us. They also charged us a bogus activation fee which they only told us about after the fact, and insisted on cash payment. If I couldgive them zero stars I would. Complete fraudsters and liars!

Do not by a phone from these people they are liars. They sold me a phone they said was unlocked I live in Mexico I am now in Mexico my phone is not unlocked. I called them they said they did not say that but the phone would be unlocked in 14 days this is also a lie I am on the phone with ATT now they say I have to have Att service for 6 months before this phone can be unlocked. These are bad people do not purchase from them.
