these people are so rude first they forced me to buy a new phone when my old one just needed a new battery. Also they sold me on a so called "free tablet " without explaining a $10 monthly charge and $45 activation fee be careful

These guys sucked I went in there asking about why my email wasn't working and the gentlemen there said he didn't know and that they don't trouble shoot, he said we just do sales and activations here and just wanted sell me a new phone and he told me if I wanted fix my email I would have call ATT customer service
Don't go in there these guys suck there customer service is horrible.

Very Friendly,helpful and knowledgeable in answering all my questions.Throughout the transaction he was interacting with me about whatever he was doing with my upgrade.He offered me any future help with my new phone and any other issue i might have and also offered me good discount with my upgrade and on an accessories. I would highly recommend you guys to go there.
