Was skeptical at first upon coming to this store but by the end of the transaction I was more than content with the entire team who works together to go the extra mile to make sure I left the store happy. If you need phones for ATT. Best place to go

att arjay wireless, is a private dealer of att , this is the worst place to go and buy a phone, bunch of indian workers there even the manager, who is nice when you come in, but then gets rude, never saw a place where some one would use bad language with you this guy matt, using the f word alot with me and his other workers no good no good.

The guy who serviced us, whose name I can't remember, conned us into buying 5 lines when we only needed 4. We bought standard cell phones from this store and one year later, on vacation, our service shut off. Upon investigation, we realized that someone inside AT&T had tried to hook up iPhones to our lines, which caused our phones to shut off, A CASE OF FRAUD. The 5th line that we never activated also continues to accrue mystery charges even after we tried to cancel it. We also realized, after the iPhone incident, that the main name of the account had suddenly been spelled wrong, and an additional last name had been added that we never heard of. For example, if the name on the account was "Will Smith," it had turned into "Wil Smith Jones." SHADY! SHADY! SHADY!
