sorry for my english. people dont believe to this guy. i was today in his store for advice,about to cancel my contract. he openly told me if want to use garbage service i must come back to my country. there is no respect in this store. DONT BELIEVE HIM.

Level of customer service in this store have been way, way, way below ATT level. He is trying to sign you to the plan they want instead of helping customer to get what he want. When he saw that I am not signing up for what he wants, he started screaming - not going to go back to this again.

Just got out the store with these morons. They were incredibly rude and unhelpful not once, but TWICE. I had originally called over the phone and received the same awful treatment and attitude towards a simple question. Will not being taking business to them ever again.
