I went there to do a simple upgrade to the iPhone 6. I asked the guy if they had it and he said yes. So I waited my turn for a while then the salesman looked up my account. He tried to make me switch to a plan I didn't want. I told him I want to keep the same plan and upgrade the phone only. He accepted reluctantly but went in the back and came out and told me the phone is not in stock. Thanks for wasting my time. Later I went on ATTs website to check availability in stores. The site showed that the store had the phone I wanted in stock. So he lied. After wasting more time calling other stores and getting basically the same now we have it now we don't treatment I called ATT and they apologized for the store treatment and sent me the phone. The reason I tried the stores is I needed the phone fast. Mine stopped working. My advice is don't go to ATT stores until they start hiring human beings.

My 85 year old Father In Law needed some assistance with his cell phone. By the time he finished with the representative Jennifer Rodriguez, he wound up being signed up to transfer his home service to an Voice over the Internet product which required installation of an interface box, which could only handle two phones, and was not configured to work with his medical call system or anything that required more than the two ports offered. It also needed to be installed, which although simple to some was impossible for him at his age, and technical experience. After the fact AT&T would not reverse what they did to re establish his service. The manager of the store suggested we move the service to maintain the phone number my father in law had for over FIFTY YEARS, of which Verizon helped us to re-establish. This sales rep had no compassion or respect whatsoever with regards of who she was selling to. This is a complete disgrace. She was only $$$$ motivated for her own greed. There is no excuse for this type of "ELDER ABUSE" It took me, a professional in the telecommunications industry for more than 30 years, over three weeks to rectify what this inept sales associate Jennifer Rodriguez did to my father in law and also lost a 50 year + customer of AT&T's due to their terrible service to get the matter corrected. Thank you VERIZON for your help to resolve this issue and get his phone number back!!

Call the store, press #2 to speak to a representative, get a fax-line signal. The place sucks.
