I rented a place in June for 3 months from Chris Kray and was very happy with the whole transaction from the initial contact, to the looking at multiple places until I decided on mine, and finally the closing and signing of all the documents. I live up north part of the year and in FL most the year and the last thing I wanted was to stress about the whole house/apt. hunting thing. Chris made it professional, fun and enjoyable and I would definitely recommend him for your next real estate search in Queens and the surrounding areas.

This my second move in one year. They helped me find a new place for rent. My agent was very patient and honest. I got a 3 bedroom place that I share with my friends. The neighborhood is excellent.

A big thanks goes out to my agent. I found a perfect 2 bedroom luxury astoria apartment for rent. My agent was extremely helpful in educating me about the area so I could find a place I felt comfortable in.

Sonia did a wonderful job in finding us a warehouse in Long Island City that was the right size at the right price. It came with a central lock security system which was a plus. Thanks Sonia for your realty expertise.
