We rented a studio apartment in Astoria near the Ditmars Blvd N train from Sean. He was very honest and straightforward and made the rental pleasant. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to my friends.

The agents in this Astoria realty office are patient, honest and professional, I truly mean that. We started looking in December for a 2 bedroom or a studio and finally found an apartment rental in June. We must have looked at at least 20 places for rent in the past 6 months. Linda was extremely helpful and patient going back and forth with the landlord. I would not hesitate for a second recommending Astoria Real Estate.

We rented a 2 bedroom apartment in Astoria on 36th Street off Ditmars for $1850 for June. Linda sent us pictures and described it perfectly before we drove up to see it, it was everything she said it would be. We had seen 5 or 6 other apartments with different brokers but nothing realy interested us. Linda was recommended by another one of our friends that was very happy with the rental she got back in February near the Beer Garden
