i went there couple years ago for my wisdom Dr Shahab took out and i was very happy. when i had pain for my other wisdom I went there again. He told me i need to pay anesthesia. because only after sending couple letters to my insurance company, he was able to get the money. so this time he doesn't want to deal with them he want me to pay cash to him. This is unacceptable... He is in-network for my insurance and basically he doesn't want to get the 'agreed amount' from company and want me to pay the full amount... You can have the same situation... Be careful...
