The staff put on a light facade being polite, but when you talk to them one on one, they are the rudest people you can imagine. They openly judge and slander guest. I saw on my phone that they had Wifi, so I asked the staff if it is available for guests. They responded no, then proceeded to insult me in Russian, which they did not know that I spoke.
The other party had a child with down's syndrome, who had a slightly crooked face. As soon as the group was out of range, the managers proceeded to (again in Russian) mumble about how ugly he is.
The food, though attractive, is bland and soft, with hardly any flavor.
