Horrible I Hate this Pet Pound As soon as your going to the pound all you can see is DOG POOP!! Its literally outside the dog pound!! Now you go to the pound and you smell a NASTY SMELL ITS A MIX OF CAT PEE AND DOG POOP!! Then your child has to be 6 or 7 years old to get a dog because the dogs in the pound may seem nice but When you take it home it may be a whole different person!! So u don't recommend going to this DISRESPECTFUL animal shelter!!!

Horrible. I brought in my beloved pet for private cremation and they couldn't be bothered to type up the information given accurately into the computer. The box my pet was brought in was being shoved around and I tried my best not to scream. I was told that they'd call me when the cremation is complete and brought back to them from a third party on a specific day for pick up. The entire day I sat at home waiting for the call and then at around 4PM, I called them and was told that the remains had arrived that morning.

Also, when I was dropping off my deceased pet, there was a family there with great interest in adopting a dog. The way the family's questions were answered was so horribly off-putting that I doubt they'll come back to inquire further. The father kept asking about the application process and the man handling the "service" is so horribly inept at doing his job and interacting with people, you're left wondering who hires these fools?

Trust me, the people working here don't wanna work here and you will definitely feel this through their manner of handling business and the sweet animals there. Do they care about overcrowding? No, they don't care if an animal gets euthanized because the interested families are too put off by the process to adopt as long as the employees there are cut a check.

Great place to take your pet for medical treatment, shots , neuter, spay at low-cost. Also they assist in finding a home for abandoned animals. I took a kitten I found abandoned outside. They took him immediately and the pets there seem well kept.

I was here over 10yrs ago & the place was horrible. Staff was miserable & the conditions were just as bad.

Today's staff are so pleasant & genuinely care for the animals! As for the conditions, the animals are kept clean & taken care of too! It's a HUGE difference from the 1st time I went!

I adopted a cat 2 days ago from the free roaming room & she's truly amazing! Such a sweet girl & has adjusted very quick to her new life at home!

My only complaint is that the facility doesn't have an introduction room. Having that room would help so much with their adoptions!

To the staff, thank you for caring so much for these animals! Your love & compassion doesn't go unnoticed! Keep up the great work!

The staff is beyond wonderful, the people who work with these dogs and cats that have been abandoned and homeless are compassionate, caring and are able to give these animals a walk, some food and kindness. The situation is grim and yet they provide a little happiness to these sweet animals who just want a home.

I've visited the shelter two times to find the "dog for me". We had to put our 14 year old girl to sleep recently and I know this is the place to find a new best friend. I am humbled and amazed by the kindness of the staff
