Hire a lawyer before hiring this architect. Why? Because you'll need a solid contract to defend against this firm's unscrupulous overbilling. Associated Architects will undercut all bidders to get the job (like they did with me), then run up the billable hours before handing over a finished product. You're better off paying more up front and avoiding this firm's unethical practice of what should be considered an art form, rather than cheap photocopy of good character
