Terrible service. My tv stopped working 2 weeks ago but I had a warranty for it from the store I purchased it from. The store sent out Associated Apollo to look at the tv and determine if it was broken, fixable, etc. The man came out, an hour and a half late, after I called him 30 minutes prior to my appt and him telling me he'd be there on time. Then he told the store it was broken and never answered any phone calls from me, my boyfriend, or the store. They needed more information from him and he refused to even answer phone calls. I ended up waiting an extra week and a half to make any progress on fixing my tv because of Associated Apollo. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

This people represent sony and they are incredibly terrible.. They first came and fixed my tv and 3 weeks later the tv broke again.. then it took several calls and about 2 months for somebody to come and check it again.. Will never use them again. Only reason why i called them once more was because they fixed it the first time even though it only worked for 3 weeks.
