Their hospitality and guidance through the adoption process was great. Everything was neatly explained. The facility is clean and really modern. Overall a great experience and everything an adoption center should be.

My partner and I adopted our first kitten a year ago from the Upper East Side ASPCA. The experience and the kitten could not have been better! Amazing disposition, litter box trained from day 1, & fit right in with my older cat (BFFLs now). The staff was super helpful, patient, and efficient. I received a free vet coupon for follow up shots, kitten had hurt her paw playing a week after coming home, the vet was super sweet and helpful. Did not feel like she was trying to make me spend excess money or scam me into medication. I highly recommend ASPCA for both adoption and vet visits.
