We were out of oil and scheduled a delivery on a Thursday for a Monday. Monday comes, and no delivery. When I called they told me we weren't on the schedule for that day. When I asked why no one had called to let us know, I was put on hold, when he picked up again I asked again, and was hung up on! Am switching companies!! I have used them twice before and found them not overly reliable.
