Ordered napkins & Tableclothes for a Sweet 16. The tablecloths were old and covered with pulls. There were a few dirty napkins but I had ordered extra. Would not recommend them.
In reading the other reviews concerning orders being cancelled because credit cards were declined months after the initial order I must add that I had a similar experience with a flight being cancelled because I no longer had the credit card I used to place the order although in my case I had already been charged and had paid for my trip. I was also never notified. As I indicated to them and now you since this seems to be a reoccurring problem with your company you should inform you customers of this situation when you email confirmation of the order. You should also email and call at least two weeks prior if delivery in some cases take 4 plus days. You seem to be trying to wash your hands of the situation in your responses.
