I absolutely love this bakery.. Best cakes, cookies, pasteries, etc. The ONLY BAKERY I ORDER FROM FOR ALL EVENTS OR JUST A TREAT...EXCEPTIONAL STAFF AND SERVICE

received cookies from my grand daughter Jazzy from N.Y to Arizona, and oh my god, like being at home in the Bronx. Thank you Artuso and Jazzy for making this happen. Best ever.

Lapin and I came here last Sunday for dessert. We ordered a handful of things to go and we were able to enjoy some of our treats in the bakery. The staff was quick and friendly. Although, when I asked for recommendations, the lady who helped us had no idea what their bestseller was. The desserts themselves were okay -- nothing noteworthy (although, I might visit again if I was in the area). We had the vanilla cannoli, red velvet cake, and rainbow cookies.

My family & I have been buying our cakes there for years!! & even on events or occasionally we buy some cookies and great treats to bring home! But after my experience today I will never step a foot in that place ever again. Tomorrow is my dads birthday and he wanted something different, An ice cream cake! We got him a ice cream cake & then decided to get his name written on the cake from our favorite artuso bakery. We called ahead and asked if it was possible to get his name written on the cake, the lady was polite on the phone. She puts me on a brief hold just to confirm if they would write my dads name. She then said yes no problem come by. I was so happy! Because his cake was so plain with out the happy birthday dad! We were in such a rush & desperate need we didn't care how much it would cost to write his name. Money wasn't the issue, but the women says they do it free of charge. Obliviously we were going to tip her then. We get to the store 5 mins later because we live near by. & as soon as we told the cashier , the manager said no! Are you kidding me? We are willing to pay?! Because it's not your cake . its a bakery.. Don't you guys do this all the time . we even asked if we bought like a cookie topper & then have them write my dads name! He repeatedly said no over and over again. Like if I didn't understood him. Horrible customer service!!!! You don't tell a customer one thing and then rudely do the opposite when they show up to your business!
Don't get me wrong. Great cakes and pastries but horrible staff. And tons of attitude and unpromising business

I LOVE ARTUSO. Their pastries are GREAT and I find the staff to be really fast and helpful. If I have a complain about Artuso is that they don't offer coffee and maybe a smaller cake selection but those two things don't take away the fact that Artuso pastries are GREAT. Oh, and the prices are GREAT too. I LOVE ARTUSO and no I am being payed for this review. :-) I just like them. :-) 1107 ®
